- Condition: The items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached). Items that have been damaged, washed, or worn will not be eligible for a return.

Return your item(s) to the address provided with the RA number. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
